Two (2) 'A' Level passes/NCE merit which should include Geography/Physics. Five (5) SSC credit passes to include Geography, English Language and Mathematics. Geography plus two (2) other Social Sciences/Arts subjects.
(i) LAGOS requires Very good passes in three JUPEB subjects: Geography and any two of Economics, Biology, Government/History, CRS/IRS, Igbo/Yoruba. Three 'A' Level passes in relevant teaching subject areas. (i) CALABAR, UDU, EDALV, and UYO accept 'O' Level pass in Mathematics. (i) OOU do not accept Arts subjects.
(ii) BENIN requires two (2) or three (3) NCE merit including Geography/Physics plus three (3) or two (2) 'O' Level credit passes including English Language. and Mathematics at one (1) sitting. (ii) ABUJA and UDU accept 'O' Level pass in English Language. (ii) BENIN accepts Geography, Mathematics and any other subject.
(iii) JOS accepts General English at NCE in lieu of credit in 'O' Level English Language or TC II merit. (iii) OOU and ABSU require Government or Economics. (iii) LASU requires Geography, Government or Economics.
(iv) IAUED requires A 'Level or holders of ND/OND & NCE will be admitted into year two (2). The A 'Level/ND/OND/NCE/ must be in Geography or Urban & Regional Planning, Estate Mgt. Architecture, Envt'l Mgt. Survey, Geology. (iv) EKSU requires five (5) SSC credit passes to include Geography, English Language and Mathematics. (iv) DELSU requires Geography and two (2) of the following Mathematics, Economics and Government.
(v) MAUTY IJMB/GCE 'A' level or its equivalent in two relevant subjects. NCE/ OND/ HND with credit in the major/a minimum of lower credit in Geography and any other relevant field. (v) OAU requires 'O' Level credit passes in Geography/Physics and any two (2) of Economics, Government, Mathematics and History. (v) LAPAI requires other subjects from the Sciences.
(vi) EUI Same as in Education Biology. (vi) BENIN requires Mathematics, Geography/Physics and one (1) other Social Science subject. (vi) ILORIN and LAGOS do not accept Physics.
(vii) EDZAR requires three (3) NCE merit /'A' Level passes. Candidates must obtain 'O' Level credit pass in English Language and four (4) other subjects and 'O' Level pass in Literature in English and Mathematics. Accepts NCE in English Language combined with any other subject with 'C' grade including Education. Admission is by Direct Entry only. (vii) LAGOS requires Five O/Level credit passes in English, Mathematics, Geography and any two subjects from Science or Social Sciences. (vii) IAUED requires English Language and any three (3) other subjects cutting across the Applied/Natural/Physical Sciences and the Social Sciences: Geography/Economics/Govt./Civic Education/Maths/Chemistry/Biology/Physics/Agric Sc/Tech. Drawing.
(viii) ILORIN accepts;

a) NCE Geography, Economics, Political Science Plus O/L Credits in five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other three Social Science subjects.

b) 'A' Level passes in GCE/IJMB or Equivalents in any two of the following subjects Economics, Political Science/ Government, Geography, Accounting, Plus O/L Credits in five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, and any three (3) other Social Science subjects. Preference will be given to NCE holders for Direct Entry. General English at NCE level is not acceptable as a replacement for O/L Credits Pass.
(viii) ABU accept Five 'O' level credit in Geography, Mathematics, English language and any other one from Chemistry, physics or Biology.TC II credit pass in Mathematics, Geography, English Language and any other three subjects (viii) LAGOS accepts any three (3) Of Literature in English, History/Government, French/Arabic, Geography, Mathematics, any Nigerian Language, Christian Religious Studies/Islamic Studies, Economics/Commerce.
(ix) UMYUK accepts candidates with a minimum of 9 points in IJMB/HSC/GCE 'A' Level/NCE in Geography and any other relevant subject. Candidates with a minimum of lower credit pass in Diploma in Geography Education from recognized institutions may also be admitted. (ix) IMSU accepts 'O' Level pass in English Language. (ix) KSU accepts any Science subject in addition to the Arts and Social Science.
(x) MAUTY accepts 'A' Level passes or its equivalent in two (2) relevant subjects /NCE distinction, merit or credit. (x) BENIN accepts NCE General Mathematics/General English in lieu of 'O' Level Mathematics/English Language. (x) MAUTY requires Geography and any two of Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric. Science.
(xi) OAU accepts two (2) 'A' Level passes in relevant subjects which must include Geography/Physics plus other subject chosen from Economics, Mathematics, Business Methods and Government or NCE Social Studies combined with any Social Science subject may be accepted. (xi) LAPAI requires other subjects from the Sciences. (xi) AAUA accepts Geography, Mathematics and any other Social Science or Science subject.
(xii) ABU accepts NCE with minimum of 'C' grade in Education and Geography. IJMB or 'A' level passes with a minimum of 'C' grade in Geography and 'D' in one other Science subjects or Economics. ABU Diploma in Geography Education with a minimum of merit pass. (xii) UMYUK requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes at SSC or its equivalent in English Language, Mathematics, Geography and any other two (2) Science or Social Science subjects at not more than two (2) sittings. (xii) TASUED requires any three (3) subjects from Geography, Economics, Government, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Agricultural Science, Accounting and Commerce.
(xiii) LASU does not accept Physics In lieu of Geography. (xiii) LASU requires 'O' Level credit pass in Mathematics and does not accept Physics in lieu of Geography. (xiii) MAIDUGURI requires Geography and two (2) other subjects
(xiv) TASUED requires two (2)'A' Level passes or NCE merit in Geography and one (1) of Social Science subjects. (xiv) MAUTY Five (5) O'Level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Geography and any two from Government, Economics, Visual Arts, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric. Sci., Commerce, Tourism. (xiv) UMYUK requires Geography and any other two (2) Science or Social Science subjects.
(xv) EDKANO - Candidates must obtain not less than eight (8) points in NCE. (xv) MAIDUGURI accepts 'O' Level pass in English Language. (xv) Geography plus two (2) other Social Sciences/Arts subjects.
(xvi) AAUA accepts

(a) NCE merit in Education, Geography and one (1) of Economics, Government, Mathematics or other relevant subject.

(b) two (2) 'A' Level passes from Geography, Government/History and Economics.

(c) ND in Environmental Management, Geography, Information System; ND upper credit in Town Planning and Estate Management.
(xvi) EDZAR requires Biology, Chemistry and Physics instead of Social Science subjects. (xvi) ILORIN requires English Language plus three (3) other Social Science subjects.
(xvii) UMYUK accepts 'A' Level passes in Geography and any other Science subject, Economics or Government. NCE credit in Geography and any other Science or Social Science subjects. (xvii) ABU requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes to include Geography/Physics, English Language and Mathematics and any other two (2) subjects from Chemistry, Physics or Biology. (xvii) LAGOS requires English language, Geography and any two subjects from Science or Social Sciences.
(xviii) PHC accepts Two (2) A/level GCE or HSC or JUPEB or IJMB passes in the relevant subjects including UTME entry requirements. NCE with Credit Passes in the relevant subjects including UTME entry requirements from recognized Institutions for a 2-year degree programme.OND with (Upper Credit) or HND with Merit Pass in the relevant subjects including UTME entry requirements from recognized Institutions of higher learning (xviii) CALABAR requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics and any other Social Science subject. (xviii) ABU requires Use of English, Geography and any other 2 science subjects.
(xix) DELSU requires;

a) NCE merit passes and above in Geography and any other Social Science subject.

b) 'A' Level credit passes must include Geography.
(xix) BAYERO requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes to include Geography/Physics, English language and any other three (3) Social Science subjects. Offers Geography/Physics with Science combination. Geography/Physics with two (2) other Science subjects i.e. Physics, Biology/Chemistry. (xix) PHC requires Geography plus two (2) other subjects from French, Literature in English, History/Government, CRK/IRK, Economics, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Physics, Igbo/Hausa/Yoruba, Fine Art, Commerce, Accounting.
(xx) TASUED requires;

a) two (2) 'A' Level/NCE merit in Geography and any one of Social Science subject.

b) ND/HND with upper credit in Town Planning, Urban and Regional Planning, Land Surveying, Meteorology, Environmental Science and Civil Engineering.
(xx) KSU, ILORIN and IAUED do not accept 'O' Level credit pass in Physics In lieu of Geography. (xx) FED-KASHERE requires Geography and any other two from Arts or Social Science Subjects.
(xxi) EKSU accepts;

a) Two (2) 'A' Level passes in Geography and other Social Science subject plus UTME requirements

b) NCE with a minimum of merit pass in Geography and a relevant subject plus UTME requirements.
(xxi) AAUA requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics and Geography and any other two (2) Social Science or Science subjects.
(xxii) FED-KASHERE accepts A pass at credit/merit level in a relevant ND/NCE programme. (xxii) DELSU requires at least five (5) 'O' Level credit which must include English Language, Geography and Mathematics and two other subjects.
(xxiii) TASUED requires five (5) 'O' Level credits at one sitting or six (6) 'O' Level credits at two (2) sittings in English Language, Geography, Mathematics and any two (2) or three (3) from Social Science or Science subjects.
(xxiv) ILORIN requires O/L Credits in five (5) subjects including English Language and Mathematics, and any three other Social Science subjects. OR O/L Credits in five (5) subjects including English Language, and any other three (3) Arts subjects.
(xxv) IAUED requires holder s of WASSC/NECO/GCE or its equivalent with Five (5) O'Level subjects (Credit pass) in one (1) sitting OR Six (6) O'Level subjects in two (2) sittings. The 5 or 6 subjects include English Language, Mathematics, AND 3 of either Economics, Social Studies, Govt./Civic Education OR Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agric. Sc, Technical Drawing.
(xxvi) PHC requires Two (2) A/level GCE or HSC or JUPEB or IJMB passes in the relevant subjects including UTME entry requirements. NCE with Credit Passes in the relevant subjects including UTME entry requirements from recognized Institutions for a 2-year degree programme.OND with (Upper Credit) or HND with Merit Pass in the relevant subjects including UTME entry requirements from recognized Institutions of higher learning.
(xxvii) FED-KASHERE requires Five credit passes at SSCE (or its equivalent) in English, Mathematics, Geography and any other two from Social Science or any two of Chemistry, Physics, Economics, Biology/Agriculture
