BENIN
ILORIN 		Three (3) 'A' Level passes in Chemistry, Biology/Zoology and Physics or Mathematics plus UTME requirements. Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
(i) BENIN accepts

a) 'A' Level pass in Botany in lieu of Biology.

b) B.Sc. second class in related programmes. 		(i) IBADAN Same as in Medicine and Surgery. (i) ILORIN requires Physics Chemistry and Biology.
(ii) BENIN and UYO do not accept 'A' Level pass in Mathematics. (ii) NDU require the five (5) 'O' Level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings. (ii) LAGOS requires English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
(iii) ILORIN accepts 'A' Level pass in three (3) science subjects: Chemistry, Physics and Biology (iii) UNN and UYO require the five (5) 'O' Level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings. (iii) ABU requires Use of English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
(iv) JOS does not accept Mathematics for Physics. Accepts B.Sc. second class and above in related programmes. It accepts Direct Entry candidates with 'A' Level requirements plus five (5) 'O' Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. (iv) DELSU requires five (5) 'O' Level credits passes which must include English Language, Mathematics Chemistry, Physics and Biology in SSC or its equivalents at not more than one (1) sitting. (iv) PHC requires Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
(v) LAGOS accepts;

(a) Very good passes in three (3) JUPEB/'A'-level subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

(b) does not accept B.Sc. degrees. 		(v) BAYERO requires five (5) SSCE credit passes in English language, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. (v) KASU requires Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
(vi) NDU accepts

(a) a first degree in Chemistry or any of the Biological Sciences.

(b) 'A' Level passes in Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics, Chemistry and Biology or Zoology or Botany at not more than two (2) sittings.

(C) general requirements for admission in the University, i.e credit passes in five (5) relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language at the 'O' Level.		 (vi) ILORIN requires Credit passes at O'Level in five (5) subjects including: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in WASC or NECO at not more than two (2) sittings.
(vii) OAU accepts B.Sc. with a minimum of 2nd Class Honours in relevant programme (Sciences). (vii) LAGOS accepts Five O/Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
(viii) OOU accepts Botany in lieu of Zoology. (viii) ABU requires Five 'O' level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
(ix) UNN accepts

(a) three (3) 'A' Level passes to include Chemistry, Biology/Zoology/Botany and Physics plus the UTME requirements at not more than two (2) sittings.

(b) Bachelor's degree in any of Biological Sciences, Health Science and Technology, or Medical Sciences with a minimum of second class lower division plus the UTME requirements.

(c) HND upper credit in Biological Sciences, Health Science and Technology or Medical Sciences plus the UTME requirements.		 (ix) PHC accepts Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
(x) DELSU requires;

(a) First degree in relevant Biological Sciences with not less than a second class Upper Division may be considered in addition to the UTME requirement.

(b) passes in the GCE advanced level or Higher School Certificate (HSC) or approved equivalent, in Chemistry, Biology (Zoology or Botany) and not more than one (1) sitting. 		(x) KASU requires Five 'O' level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
(xi) BAYERO requires three (3) 'A' Level passes to include Chemistry, Biology and Physics. BAYERO does not accept NCE.
(xii) ABU accepts 'A' level/IJMB passes in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Unified Pharmacy Technician Certificate with a minimum of Upper credit.
(xiii) PHC accepts Three (3) A/level passes in Chemistry, Biology, Physics or Mathematics including UTME entry requirements. B.Sc, not lower than Second Class Lower in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Physics, Pharmacology including UTME entry requirements.
(xiv) KASU accepts Ordinary level requirement plus; Passes in Chemistry, Physics, Biology or Zoology at Higher School Certificates or Advance level of GCE, IJMB or equivalents. An acceptable First Degree in relevant Biological or Physical Sciences discipline.
