(i)AAU accepts two (2) 'A' Level passes, to include CRS and one other Arts subject.(i)UNIKINGS requires five (5) credits at SSC in English Language, Christian Religious Studies and three (3) other Arts subjects. (i)AAU and OAU require CRS/IRS and an Arts or a Social Science subject.
(ii)AAUA accepts ND, NCE or two (2)'A' Level passes from the Arts or Social Sciences programme.(ii)AAUA requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, CRS/IRS and two (2) other subjects from the Arts or Social Sciences. (ii)EKSU requires two (2) Arts subjects and one other subject.
(iii) ABSU and DELSU accept NCE/ND/HND in Religious or Social Studies or 'A' Level in three (3) subjects including Religion Studies. (iii) AUE requires five (5) 'O' Level credit pass in Mathematics, IS/Arabic, Government or equivalent and any Nigerian Language. (iii) AAUA accepts CRS/IRS and any two (2) other subjects in Arts/Social Sciences.
(iv) AUE requires two (2) 'A' Level passes to include Literature in English and other Arts subjects or NCE credit in English Language/Political Science AUGUSTINE accepts two (2) 'A' Level passes in any relevant subjects, NCE credit and ND credit in relevant subjects/programme in addition to UTME requirements. (iv) AUGUSTINE requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes or equivalent in English Language, CRS/IRS, Literature in English and any other Arts subject. (iv) AUGUSTINE requires CRS/IRS and any other Arts subjects.
(v) BENIN accepts:

(a)Two (2) 'A' Level passes in Arts and Social Sciences at one sitting.

(b) NCE credit in CRS or IS/Arabic studies or Religious Studies or Social Studies. In addition, candidates should have an overall credit level pass.

(c)ND credit in Mass Communication.

(d) Any other three (3) subjects. 		(v) BENIN requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes or five (5) Merit level passes in TC II at not more than two (2) sittings. Subjects should include English Language, Religious Studies and two (2) other Arts or Social Science subjects. (v) BENIN accepts any three (3) subjects.
(vi) BSU accepts NCE/'A' Level passes in CRS, African Religion or its equivalent. (vi) GOUU requires 'O' Level credit pass in Mathematics. (vi) SAU requires CRS, Government or History and any other Arts subject.
(vii)CALABAR also accepts NCE in Religious Studies. (vii)NDU requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes in English Language, Religious Studies plus three (3) other subjects.Two (2) of which must be Arts subjects. (vii)UYO requires CRS and other two (2) subjects from Arts or Social Sciences.
(viii)IBADAN accepts NCE merit in Religious Studies. (viii)PAUL requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings (or equivalent) including English Language, Mathematics and three (3) Arts/Social Science subjects. (viii)DELSU requires Christian Religious Studies and any other two (2) subjects from Arts and Social Science.
(ix) IMSU and PHC - No Direct Entry. (ix) UYO requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes in CRS, English Language and any other three (3) subjects from Arts or Social Sciences. (ix) MOUNTAIN TOP required to register and pass English Language, and any other three of the following: CRS, Government/Civic Education, Literature in English, Economics/Commerce.
(x) JABU accepts five (5) 'O' Level credit passes in relevant subjects plus ND or HND.(x) DELSU requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes or five (5) credits in TC II, or its equivalent whichmay include Mathematics, English Language, CRS and any three (3) of Arts and Social Science Subjects. (x) IAUED requires English Language, Christian Religious Knowledge and any two (2) subjects from the Arts and Social Sciences.
(xi) JOS accepts two (2) or three (3) year ND/NCE merit. (xi) IAUED: The Department requirements for both the four (4) yrs B.A and B.A (Ed) degree programmes includes five (5) credit Ordinary Level in English Language, Christian Religious or Islamic Religious Studies and Mathematics from humanities or Social Sciences any other two (2) relevant subjects in not more than two sittings at the WASC/SSSCE/GCE/NECO or their equivalents. (xi) PHC requires any other three (3) subjects from Literature in English, History/Government, CRK/IRK, Economics, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Physics, Igbo/Hausa/Yoruba, Fine Art, Geography, Commerce.

(xii)MCPHERSON accepts NCE credit/merit and good passes in JUPEB/IJMB in relevant subjects. (xii)MOUNTAIN TOP requires Five (5) Credit level passes in the SSCE/NECO/GCE (O/L) to include English Language, and CRK/BK/, and any other three subjects among the following: Government/Civic Education, Literature in English, Economics/Commerce, Music, Fine Arts.
(xiii)MOUTAIN TOP requires:

(a)at least two GCE (2) 'A' Level passes to include Christian Religious Knowledge Or Foundation/JUPEB obtained from Mountain Top University or other recognized Universities.

(b) a pass in two principal subjects at the NCE Level/ A/L plus five subjects at credit level in GCE, SSCE and NECO including English Language and Mathematics.

(c)a Three-Year Diploma in Theology recognized by the University plus five credits at the GCE 'O' Level including English Language and Mathematics.

(d) a Diploma in Religious Studies or Diploma in the relevant Arts programmes. 		(xiii)PHC requires Five (5) SSC credits in English Language and any other four (4) subjects from Literature in English, History/Government, CRK/IRK, Economics, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Physics, Igbo/Hausa/Yoruba, Fine Art, Geography, Commerce.
(xiv) NDU accepts:

a)a minimum of two (2) 'A' Level passes, one of which must be inany one of the following subjects: English Language, CRS, Government/any Nigeria Language/any Arts subject.

b) NCE merit in CRS or IS.

e) OAU accepts two (2) 'A' Level passes including CRS/IRS.

f) SAU and OAU accept NCE in Religious Studies (CRS or IS).

g)UNIKINGS requires two (2) 'A' Level passes to include Christian Religious Studies and one other Arts subject.

h) UNIZIK accepts NCE merit in Religious Studies with four (4) 'O' Level credit passes in other subjects.

i)UYO requires two (2) 'A' Level passes including CRS or NCE Merit in three (3) subjects, including CRS.
(xv) DELSU requires;

a) two (2) A/L passes in CRS and one otherArts subject.

b) merit Pass in NCE, one of the subjectsmust be Religious Studies.

c) merit pass in DELSU Diploma in Law, Social Studies Education, ReligiousStudies Education and Guidance andCounselling.
(xvi) IAUED accepts five (5) credit ordinary level including English language, Christian Religious Studies or Islamic Religious studies and any other three (3) relevant subjects in not more than two sittings at the WASC/SSCE/GCE/NECO or their equivalent, and an approved colleges of Education, Universities etc diploma passed with merit level.
(xvii)PHC accepts At least two (2) A/level passes in GCE or HSC or JUPEB or IJMB in any Arts subject in addition to UTME entry requirements. NCE in any two Arts subjects with an overall merit level pass from a recognized College of Education in addition to UTME entry requirements
(xviii)MOUNTAIN TOP accepts;

(a) Five credits in General Certificate of Education, Ordinary Level and NECO at least two of which must be a GCE Advanced Level including Christian Religious Knowledge as in UTME above; and then

(b) A pass in two principal subjects at the NCE Level/ A/L, or JUPEB and/or the equivalent plus five subjects at credit level in GCE O/L, SSCE, NECO, and TC II are acceptable in MTU.

(c) A Three-Year Diploma in any Theological Seminary or College recognized by the University plus five credits at the GCE 'O' Level including English Language and CRK.

(d)Eligible holders of Mountain Top Bible College Diploma could be admitted for a two-year programme leading to the award of B.A Degree in Mountain Top University's Religious Studies.

(e)A minimum of 2 GCE (A/L) passes one of which must be any one of the specified in (i) above, or Diploma in Religious Studies or a Diploma in a cognate Arts programme is also acceptable.
