FUTA
FUTO		Two (2) 'A' Level passes in Chemistry and any one of Physics, Biology/ Zoology/Botany and Mathematics.Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
(i)BENIN requires three (3) 'A' Level passes to include Biology/Zoology, Chemistry and Physics plus the UTME requirements.(i) CALABARsame as in Medicine and Surgery. (i) FUTA requires Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry/Physics.
(ii)CALABAR does not admit through Direct Entry. (ii) IBADANsame as in Medicine and Surgery. (ii) FUTO requires Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
(iii) FUTO requires;

a) At least three 'A' level passes not below Grade C in Physics and any two of Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.

b)ND/HND at Upper Credit level in Biomedical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

c) First Degree in Engineering or health sciences.

d)Very good passes in three JUPEB subjects namely Chemistry, Biology and Physics. It does not accept NCE. Candidates must in addition meet the 'O' Level requirements. 		(iii)DELSU requires SSC 'O' Level or itsequivalent with credit passes in at least five (5) subject which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not more than two sittings.
(iv) IBADAN requires two (2) A' level passes from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany plus the UTME requirements. (iv)FUTA requires five (5) SSC credit passes or its equivalent at a maximum of two (2) sittings in the following subjects: Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
(v)LAUTECH accepts 'A' Level passes in Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics ND upper credit in related programme plus the UTME requirements may be considered for 200 level. (v)FUTO requires at least five (5) 'O' Level credit passes inEnglish Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology in not more than two (2) sittings
(vi) DELSU requires

a) HSC or GCE 'A' Level or its equivalentpasses in Physics, Chemistry and Biologyor Zoology (Botany may be accepted inlieu of Biology or Zoology.

b)First degree in relevant BiologicalSciences not below Second Class LowerDivision.
(vii) FUTA requires;

a)ND with a minimum of Upper Credit Level or its equivalent in Biomedical Technology or related discipline.

b) Good passes at the 'A' Level of General Certificate of Education or its equivalent in Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry or Physics.
