LAUTECH		Two 'A' Level passes or equivalent in Chemistry and one of Biology/Botany /Zoology/Agricultural Science/ Geography/Geology/ Mathematics/EconomicsFive SSC credit passes in Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science, Physics and English LanguageChemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science and Physics/Mathematics.
(i)BAUCHI and MINNA accept NCE, ND, HND with overall credit passes in each of the Agricultural components of the programme or a minimum of lower credit plus four (4) 'O' level credit passes in relevant subjects. (i)CRUTECH, EKSU, MAKURDI and UNIZIK accepts 'O' level pass in Physics. (i)CRUTECH requires Mathematics, Physics and one of Biology or Chemistry.
(ii) IBADAN requires two (2) of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and ND/HND in Agriculture or Animal Health and Husbandry. (ii) ADSU and BAUCHI accept 'O' level pass in Physics with 'O' level pass in Mathematics or vice-versa(ii) LAUTECH requires Chemistry, Mathematics/Physics and Biology/Agricultural Sciences.
(iii)EKSU, MAKURDI and UMUDIKE - Same as in Agricultural Economics. (iii)UNIZIK accepts 'O' level pass in English Language. 'O' level credit pass in Mathematics or 'O' level pass in Physics or vice versa. (iii) FUTA requires Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science/Animal Husbandry and Mathematics/Physics.
(iv)EKSU - As in Agricultural Economics and Extension and does not accept NCE. (iv)NDU requires five (5) 'O' level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology or Agricultural Science.
(v)ADSU accepts ND distinction, HND credit, NCE credit double major in Agriculture (v) FUNAAB as in Agriculture Extension and Rural Development.
(vi)NDU - Same as in Fisheries Technology. (vi)UMUDIKE - Same as in Agriculture.
(vii) LAUTECH requires ND with upper credit/HND/NCE at credit level in relevant subjects, plus the UTME requirements (vii) ABSU requires 'O' level credit in Physics
(viii)FUNAAB accepts

(a)Two (2) 'A' level passes in Chemistry and one (1) of Zoology/Botany/Agricultural Science/Biology, Mathematics or Physics.

(b) ND/HND upper credit in Agriculture from a recognised institution in any one of Animal Sciences, Animal Production and Health, Husbandry, Agricultural Economics, Fisheries and Forestry and Wildlife Management plus the UTME requirements.

(c)NCE credit in Agricultural Science, Biology, Chemistry or Physics plus the UTME requirements. 		(viii)FUTA requires five (5) credit passes at SSC, or its equivalent at a maximum of two (2) sittings in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Agricultural Science.
(ix)FUTA requires;(ix) JABU accepts 'O' level pass in Physics.
(x) ND with a minimum of upper credit or equivalent from recognised Polytechnics and Colleges of Technology in Agricultural Sciences. (x) MINNA - Same as in Water Resources, Aquaculture and Fisheries Technology.
(xi)GCE or equivalent passes at one sitting with at least six (6) points in Biology/Animal Husbandry and any of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. (xi)LAUTECH accepts Chemistry, Mathematics,Biology/Agricultural Science, Physics and EnglishLanguage.
(xii)JABU requires Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science and any others from Economics, Physics, Geography and Mathematics. ND/NCE upper credit in relevant areas.
